WATCH REPAIR INFORMATION OVERHAUL CLEAN AND SERVICE:
Most watch repair come with a full service and any parts we will completely disassembled, cleaned, oiled, and time the watches,Cases are ultrasonic cleand and refinished , cleaned, and buttons (if needed) are replaced, plastic crystals are replaced.
PRICING:
If you email us telling us the the name of the watch,if automatic, manuel, date, quartz, etc. will will email you a rough quote
REPAIR TIME:
Repair time is usually 2 to 3 weeks. Depending on how long it takes to get the parts and if available, and vintage watches over 10 years old may take longer and can not give a time to complete.
OUR SHOP COVER :
All watches that we have service have a one year cover but it does depend on the age of the watch the older they are then less cover. Parts subject to normal wear such as crystals, straps, etc. are not covered under warranty, neither is damage as a result of misuse or water damage .
WATER RESISTANT:
We cannot waterproof watches over 10 years old no vintage watches should be submerged in water.if you get water in you watch you should get it to as as fast as you can or you could be too late to save the watch.
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, bank checks, Postal Orders. Personal checks must wait for bank clearance.
SHIPPING:
Please do not send watches in there original boxes as these can sometimes be detached from the watch we will not be responsible, make sure that name and address, email address and telephone numbers are added to the email that the watch was discussed about.
Please send watch and if a strap with the coroespondance between us you can use Post special delivery with in the UK
and the following rates apply in the UK. Royal Mail Special delivery will insure your watch up to £2,500 ,if you are unsure of the value of your watch go for the higher rate it only costs a little more. We do not charge for estimates. Your only responsibility would be for the cost of shipping the watch back to you.
